IronPlay Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the IronPlay platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with IronPlay. These IronPlay terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and IronPlay.

IronPlay reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the updated IronPlay terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

To register and use IronPlay, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a legal resident of the Philippines or accessing the site from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not restricted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of IronPlay or any of its partner providers.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from IronPlay or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Account Registration

Each person may only hold one active account on IronPlay. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any winnings.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine contact details.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify IronPlay immediately at our official email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Complete identity verification (KYC) when requested — this may include a valid government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, or UMID) and proof of address.

IronPlay reserves the right to suspend or close any account that cannot be verified or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in violation of these IronPlay terms and conditions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on IronPlay are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). IronPlay supports the following payment methods commonly used across the Philippines:

• E-Wallets: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• Bank Transfer: InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Philippine banks

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not allowed under any circumstances.
• IronPlay does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500. Processing time is typically 1–3 banking days depending on your chosen method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit (AML compliance).
• IronPlay may request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above ₱50,000.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawals can be processed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

IronPlay regularly offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional rewards to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Each bonus will have a stated wagering requirement (e.g., 15x the bonus amount) that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• IronPlay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, though we will always try to give fair warning to affected members.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting loopholes in promotional terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account termination.
• Welcome bonuses apply to your first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits are eligible for reload or other available promotions.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Acts

IronPlay is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all members. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to place bets that you know to be incorrectly priced.
• Any form of match-fixing, including knowingly betting on pre-arranged results.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.

IronPlay uses advanced fraud detection and monitoring tools. If your account is flagged for suspicious activity, we reserve the right to place a temporary hold on your account pending investigation, without prior notice.

7. Responsible Gaming

IronPlay genuinely cares about the well-being of our members. We believe gaming should always be a fun and entertaining activity — never a source of financial stress or harm. In line with our Responsible Gaming commitment, IronPlay provides the following player protection tools:

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the IronPlay platform — including but not limited to the IronPlay logo, brand name, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of IronPlay or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any IronPlay content without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

IronPlay is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). The collection, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these IronPlay terms and conditions.

By registering an account, you consent to IronPlay collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Account Termination

You may close your IronPlay account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

IronPlay may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• We detect a breach of any provision in these IronPlay terms and conditions.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.
• We have reasonable grounds to believe your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
• You have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, IronPlay, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

IronPlay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We shall not be liable for any delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, government actions, or force majeure events.

Gambling involves financial risk. IronPlay strongly advises all members to only wager amounts they can afford to lose. IronPlay is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These IronPlay terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

IronPlay operates in compliance with all applicable Philippine gaming regulations and cooperates fully with the relevant regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation), as applicable to our licence.
